- Go to the boarding gate
- Scan the Carcamiles QR code with your smartphone
- Log in (username + password) to your loyalty area
- Your miles will be added!
Remember to log out to earn your miles on your next trip!
If you encounter difficulties in the boarding lounge and you cannot add the miles using the QR code, you can contact us via the contact form within a maximum of 15 days following the trip. Once this period has passed, we will no longer be able to act on your account.

You can convert your miles into gifts from your loyalty area. Log in from your smartphone, computer or tablet.

The Carcamiles card is no longer used to earn miles. The terminals are no longer in service.
You will simply need to scan the Carcamiles QR code in the boarding lounge with your smartphone and then log in (username + password) to your loyalty area.
