Carcassonne airport has an assistance service for passengers with reduced mobility. Parking is available at discounted rates Car Park P1 in front of the terminal building (Disability card will be required)

 

Should you require assistance at the airport:

 

Contact the airport up to 36 hours prior to departure by telephone at +33 (0)820 67 34 11 0.17€TTC/Min so that our assistance service can assist you under the best possible conditions.

 

Or, when making your reservation and up to 48 hours prior to departure, inform your travel agency or airline about:

 

the type of disability (visual impairment, reduced mobility, hard of hearing, etc.), the degree of assistance required as well as your specific needs to ensure you receive the necessary services throughout your trip.

the international code matching the degree of assistance you required, according to the international classification:

 

  • WCHR : Passenger can walk unassisted and can use stairs
  • WCHS : Passenger can walk unassisted but cannot manage steps unaided
  • WCHC  : Passenger cannot move unaided and need to be taken to/from their seat
  • BLND : Passenger is visually impaired or blind.
  • DEAF : Passenger is hearing-impaired.
  • DPNA : Passenger has mental or behavioural impairment and requires assistance.
